DESCRIPTION:MINDFUL MARK-MAKING \nIN THE WOODS Art Meditation in Nature\n  \nSunday 31st May2 pm – 4 pm\nThe positive responses from using guided meditation in all of her creative immersion days have encouraged Deer Wood in-house tutor\, Lisa Pugh\, to research new ways of developing her art and Reiki practice.Over the course of the 5 sessions\, Lisa will be exploring a progression of creative flow through mindful exercises in free-forming pattern and mark-making on paper\, using pencils\, natural paints and inks\, combined with her unique style of ‘Art Healing’ with Reiki.\n\nUsing different meditative techniques to relax into the natural movement of pen or brush without intention\, allowing yourself to be with whatever flows\, with no objective for the outcome\, focusing on the sensation of movement.\n\nRegular monthly sessions are now running to coincide with Marc’s Monthly Meditation Morning on the last Sunday of each month until September.\nSession dates:\n\n\n28th June\n26th July\n30th Aug\n27th Sept\n\n\nSpace for 8-10 people Age 16+\n\nCOST – Sliding scale:\nBase – £20 Mid – £25Abundance – £30\nSign up for all 5 sessions and receive a 5% discount.\n\nEmail Lisa to book your place: thedeerwoodtrust@gmail.com
