Bringing fellow Woodland owners together from across

the Avon Valley

Thursday 13th March

11 am – 3 pm

The aims of the day:

• Learn about how Deer Wood is managed from a conservation woodland management perspective, but also as a social enterprise – The Deer Wood Trust CIC and how this benefits both the wood, wildlife and the community.
• Introduce the Deer Wood Native Tree Nursery and the Woodland Horticulture Course.
• Have a tour of the site with a Q&A session in the Outdoor Learning Shelter.
• Connect woodland owners, share ideas and how best we can all support each other.

An *optional hot, organic, plant-based lunch will be served in the outdoor kitchen at a base cost of £5 per person.

*This is a plant-based site – if you prefer to bring a packed lunch please can it not contain any meat, fish or poultry.

Please note that in the interest of the wildlife, this is a no dogs allowed woodland venue.

We have spaces for up to 15 cars and 20 people.
