1-1 Therapeutic Carpentry
Marc Biddle, Deer Wood In-House Tutor
Marc’s passion for working with wood goes back to when, as a young boy, he had access to all his Dad’s carpentry project off-cuts, left in the garage at his family home. From the age of 10 he was gently encouraged and guided by his stepfather in the use of all the hand tools. That was 45 years ago, and he has never looked back.
Professionally Marc is a traditional carpenter, but he has also worked and gained experience around the world using Bamboo.
Clients have included organisations as; The Theatre Royal, The Eden Project, various schools and colleges and countless other happy private clients. (See bio for more detail).
At Deer Wood, Marc offers his years of experience for 1-1 Therapeutic Carpentry sessions to help people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in a wide variety of both traditional carpentry skills and specialist Bamboo training.
