Laura Butt – Circle of Trees – Nature’s Art Therapy

This group is for anyone that feels they could benefit from:

• A reconnection with nature
• A deeper understanding of self and the natural environment
• Strengthening intuition and self-beliefs
• Reigniting creativity
• The chance to let go, heal and discover

We will gather ‘in circle’ each month in the woods to acknowledge and explore the changing of the seasons, and how that energy is reflected within us.

There will be space and time each gathering to create with nature, amongst the trees, using metaphor and symbolism and to share these experiences as a group.

You will be guided, witnessed and held by me, Laura, a registered art therapist whose practice is rooted in environmental arts therapy.
